WHO I AM
I'm a motivated, talented and experienced creative director & graphic designer. I bring together passion, creativity and collaboration to develop kick-ass design solutions that are engaging, effective and drive growth. I have a pixel-perfect attention to detail and sweat the small stuff, but still crush deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments. I am fascinated by understanding how consumers think and behave, and understand how to translate that information into award-winning ideas that bring brands closer to their customers. I’m a persistent problem solver with an adventurous spirit.
My ability to think critically about different approaches to the visual experience began with a degree in Art History and working as a Museum Educator. It has been enhanced and continues to be finely developed through my years working as a graphic designer, freelance designer and creative director.
With 20 years of experience, my design background is extensive: brand building, product packaging, planning and supporting digital initiatives, developing multi-pronged marketing strategies, content strategy, writing copy, building exciting in-store experiences and designing national advertising.
The pace is always fast, the learning constant. It’s why I love what I do — executing creative and pushing the boundaries of the expected.

• Expert in directing and inspiring the creative vision of brands, with a strong background in developing their positioning, personality, packaging, merchandising and marketing campaigns with experience working with national brands on multi-channel campaigns
• Proven ability to generate compelling and next-level creative work — champion of bold ideas and inventive approaches
• Exemplary design chops with strong conceptual development, visualization, typography, and design layout skills
• Management of the creative and marketing process for new products to ensure successful launch across all sales channels
• Develop and drive marketing initiatives that reach the target audience including email promotions, field marketing, advertising, social media, affiliate partnerships, and content marketing
• Brand Management with responsibility for adapting brand strategy for company's target market, and as the 'brand guardian' to maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and management of a portfolio of products
• Strategic in translating business needs and consumer insights into visual work
• Execute & manage consumer public relations and media promotion
• Conduct consumer insights workstreams, competitive analyses and product research initiatives
• Adept at working in very fast paced environments, meeting tight deadlines, managing and prioritizing project workloads and having the flexibility to respond to increases in workload and tight deadlines
• Able to inspire young creatives and cross-discipline teams around a clear creative vision and empower them to experiment, learn and grow - all while stewarding ambitious business outcomes
